Dr. Raakhi Mohan, MD MPH AHE has one life goal to learn and propagate cultural knowledge and traditions. Another is to work towards greater health, both in herself and in her interactions with others. In this vein, She chose to transition from medicine to community health and development in international public health. During her work and travels, she has been blessed with multifarious opportunities to learn about indigenous healing. Her grandmother and uncle are ayurvedic healers, and as such she grew up with a holistic and balanced approach to health. Being a ayurveda and yoga practioner, she has been incorporating her family's art into this learning. She has already begun to experience the benefits of this ancient wisdom in her own life, and works to share it with you.

Stella Tryon holds a BA in Movement and Theatre Arts and has several national certifications in group fitness. With a fundamental belief in whole-being nurture and rejuvination she has participated in teaching joyously since she was a teen. Growing up with reiki love, Stella 's healing hands have always been full of warmth and compassion. Release, clear and charge all emotional blocks as you feel the touch of the divine through your yoga practice with Stella (and her adjustments!)..

To be established in oneself implies both a healthy sense of esteem and life purpose, as well a vibrant, spiritual connection with the universe. This translation illuminates the Ayurvedic perspective of health as a state of harmony among all aspects of the self: physical, spiritual, and mental.
