The creative process is constantly moving in us and through us, whether or not we we are aware of it. In this workshop, we will look at rhythm, balance and flow as signposts for effective use of creative energy, and examine our own creative process.

We will learn to transition between the spiritual and practical aspects of the creative process to foster harmony and balance in our lives. Although most of us are more comfortable with one aspect or the other, we will explore the places we get stuck and how to start moving again, paying special attention to the cycles in nature.

Embracing your creativity can enhance your life, whether or not you consider yourself to be an "artist." Join this enriching exploration and create a project that will nurture you throughout the coming year.

This course will include a special session for therapists on application with clients an developmental stages of art expression. A Certificate Fee of $25 will be charged if you desire CEU's, payable to the instructor at the workshop.
